Since the winery is an important economical actor, the wintners wanted to be relevant partners in local life supporting sportive, cultural and artistic events. The wintners are ambassadors of these events within and out Tarn department frontiers.

Rabastens winery cultivates the Château d'Escabes vineyard throug SCEA Château d'Escabes. This SCEA markets 100 000 bottles of a top of the range wine.

In 2002, the SCEA Château d'Escabes signed a contract of "Production Raisonnée from the quality systme AGRI CONFIANCE set up by Vignerons de Rabastens.

Château d'Escabes wineyard is the support of different activities that vintners propose to different people whatever their age. For example, they make children from schools discover vines to show them all the activities relevant with the life of their region.
